Returns: Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Warranty: All products are covered by a 2-year statutory warranty against defects, in accordance with Danish and EU consumer protection law.

Damaged or incorrect items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
