Shipping Policy

At Loyal & Co., we work with trusted fulfillment partners to get your order to you as smoothly as possible. This policy explains what you can expect when you order from us.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received. You'll receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your order is placed.

Delivery Times

Because we work with international fulfillment partners, estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days from the date your order ships, depending on your location. Delivery times may occasionally be longer during holidays, sales events, or due to unforeseen carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package to your door.

International Shipping

We currently ship to Denmark, the EU, and the United States. For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

Delayed or Missing Packages
